All ticket sales are final. You must check your email for the address one hour before the event starts. You’ll be able to get a ticket online be selecting cash if you don’t want to pay in advance with a credit card. That’s why all ticket sales are final. Now if you don’t he the email with the addy by 7 - 7:15 PM, then send us a chat on our website or reply to your ticket confirmation email and we will make sure you get all the info immediately. (During event hours response time is 1 hour.)
